BIZCOCHO DE ZANAHORIA Y NARANJA / CARROT AND ORANGE SPONGE CAKE

3 huevos / 3 eggs

200 g de azúcar / 200 g of sugar

1 sobre de levadura Royal / 1 package of Royal yeast

1 cucharada de vainilla / 1 spoon of vanilla

200 mL de aceite de girasol / 200 mL of sunflower oil

250 g de harina / 250 g of flour

350 g de zanahorias / 350 g of carrots

1 Naranja / 1 Orange

Mantequilla / Butter

En un bol, mezclar los huevos con el azúcar y el aceite de girasol...

Añadir la naranja triturada (con piel)... Mezclar bien...
