La preparación de este Cocktail es muy sencilla... Se empieza con una copa bien fría con hielo...

The preparation of this Cocktail is very easy... Begin with a very cold cup with ice...

Añadir vermut negro, ginebra y zumo de naranja en la proporción 3:1:2...

Add black vermouth, gin and orange juice in the ratio 3:1:2...

Añadir una rodaja de limón y un par de olivas verdes con un palillo...

Y el Cocktal de Vermut Negro, Ginebra y Zumo de Naranja está listo...

GINTONIC

(Para preparar un Gintonic / To make a Gintonic)

1 medida de Ginebra/ 1 measure of gin

Tónica / Tonic

Selección de aromas (botánicos) / Flavour (botanics) selection

Hielo / Ice

(Una medida son aproximadamente unos 25 mL / One measure are close to 25 mL)

La preparación de gintonics es muy sencilla y puede ser muy variada en función del tipo de ginebra, de la tónica y de los botánicos seleccionados... En esta receta se describen dos gintonics... Se empieza con una copa bien fría con hielo...

The preparation of gintonics is very easy and it can be very varied accoring to the type of gin, the dype of tonic and the flavours (botanics) selected... Begin with a very cold cup with ice...

Añadir una medida de Ginebra... En este caso hemos elegido Ginebra Bulldog y Ginebra Old Lady's Premium...

Entonces añadir los aromas... Los aromas pueden ser muy variados: frutas, cítricos, botánicos (cardamomo, regaliz, canela...). En este caso hemos elegido un trozo de piel de lima (que pasamos por el borde de la copa) y después introducimos en la copa... Y como botánicos hemos elegido en un caso regaliz negro y en otro canela...
