La preparación de este revuelto es muy sencilla...  En una sartén con aceite de oliva freír la cebolla cortada en trozos pequeños... añadir un poco de sal...

Cuando la cebolla empiece a estar dorada, añadir la berenjena cortada en trozos pequeños... Añadir pimienta blanca...
