3 cebollas tiernas / 3 sweet onions

3 patatas / 3 potatoes

La preparación de esta crema es muy fácil...  En una cazuela con un poco de aceite de oliva rehogar las cebollas tiernas cortada en trozos pequeños... Añadir sal...

Añadir las alcachofas cortadas en trozos pequeños (una vez eliminadas las hojas externas)...
