2 claras de huevo / 2 egg whites

100 g de azúcar / 100 g of sugar

un poco de zumo de limón / a little of lemon juice

300 g de fresas congeladas / 300 g of frozen strawberries

Para preparar esta receta se ha usado la Thermomix... Colocar el azúcar en el recipiente de la thermomix y pulverizar durante 10 segundos a velocidad 10...

To make this recipe a Thermomix was used... Place the sugar in the thermomix recipient and grind it up for 10 seconds at speed 10...

Añadir las fresas congeladas y el zumo de limón y triturar durante 15 segundos aumentando velocidad de 5 a 10...
