1 lata de atún / 1 can of tuna

2 huevos / 2 eggs

Perejil picado / Chopped parsley

Pimienta negra / Balck pepper

Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgin / Extra Virgin Olive oil

Sal / Salt

La preparación de este revuelto es muy sencilla...  En una sartén con aceite de oliva extra virgen pochamos el puerro cortado en trozos pequeños... Añadir sal...

Añadir el atún y mezclar bien...

Finalmente añadir los huevos batidos, con un poco de sal, pimienta negra y perejil picado, y mezclar bien...
