1 diente de ajo / 1 clove of garlic

Pimienta negra / Black pepper

La preparación de este revuelto es muy sencilla...  En una sartén con aceite de oliva virgen extra doramos el diente de ajo bien picado...

Añadir las setas flor de girgola... Añadir sal...

Add the flor de girgola mushrooms... Add salt...

Batir los huevos con un poco de sal, pimienta negra y perejil picado en un bol pequeño...

Añadir el queso cortado en trozos pequeños al huevo y mezclar bien...
