1 puerro / 1 leek

10-12 tomates cherry / 10-12 cherry tomatoes

120 g de setas flor de girgola / 120 g of flor de girgola mushrooms

4 huevos / 4 eggs

Aceite de Oliva virgen extra / Extra virgin olive oil

Pimienta negra/ Black pepper

Perejil picado / Chopped parsley

Sal / Salt

LA RECETA / THE RECIPE

La preparación de este revuelto es muy sencilla...  En una sartén con aceite de oliva virgen extra pochamos el puerro cortado en trozos pequeños... Añadir sal...

The preparation of these scrambled eggs is very easy...  In a pan with extra virgin olive oil fry the leek cut in small portions... Add salt...

Añadir los tomates cherry cortados por la mitad...

Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half...

Añadir las setas flor de girgola y mezclar bien... Añadir sal...

Add the flor de girgola mushrooms and mix well... Add salt...

Finalmente añadir los huevos batidos, con un poco de sal y perejil picado y mezclar bien...
