Para preparar esta receta colocar las patatas cortadas en trozos pequeños (con la piel) en una bandeja para el horno... Añadir sal y un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra... Y al horno, a 200 grados, durante 20 minutos (calor arriba y abajo, con ventilador)...

Sacar del horno, añadir un poco de salsa Xató, mezclar bien, y al horno a 200 grados 5 minutos más...
